The hotel offers a variety of activities for kids, such as iguana feeding, zip-lining, and mini-golf, which were enjoyed by the guests. The staff in the Mexican restaurant provided outstanding service, with the server being attentive and knowledgeable about different types of tequila. The poolside bar staff was also wonderful, making sure that even the kids could order their own drinks.

The hotel's food offerings left a lot to be desired, with many guests finding it undercooked, cold, processed, and bland.

It has a variety of restaurants and activities. The beach area had waves but was not dangerous. It was very pleasant and fun to visit the hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The abundant and excellent-looking restaurants provided a great variety of food options, making every meal a good experience. We especially enjoyed the breakfast selection, both delicious and satisfying. The hotel's location on the beach was perfect, great to enjoy the beautiful shoreline just a short walk away. the staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. They were very good too ensure that we had everything we needed and provided excellent service.

The location was very convenient, with a shopping center right across the street and a casino nearby. The themed restaurants provided a unique dining experience, especially the one at the westin directly opposite the resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Some rooms had a beautiful view of the ocean.

The pool was too cold to swim in, especially for young children.

All employees doing their best to make your stay comfortable. They have facilities with enormous potential to complement what you are looking for in your vacation. The girls at the kids club are very nice and inspire you with a lot of confidence. Matilde from the adult area makes you have a great time. Continuous cleaning and drying of common areas. There is a lack of information at the reception desk to explain the new procedures, limited services, new processes originated by the regulations by covid-19, e. g. closing of amenity zones, food areas and schedules. They could improve the distribution of towels in the swimming pool and sea areas. They should also offer continuous buffet service alternating breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes, since one day we don't eat because of the timetables they manage and room service food is limited and of different quality... It's horrible to be on your vacation waiting for schedules and make reservations in person (which should be virtual because that's why they have an app) in order to eat well... Having to check in every 2 hours with your kids at the kids club takes away all the charm and main intention of choosing a hotel with that infrastructure for your kids... You have to keep looking at your watch. fact that they include as part of the check in the pass with the timeshare vendors or club memberships to organize an informative breakfast is in itself something disappointing, that you are punctual in the appointment and that you arrive with a fresh and open mind and that they do not give you any sample of the different areas that you could have exclusive access is very bad strategy and leaves you with a bad experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and exclusiveness. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service and hospitality. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a highlight of my visit, with expert masseuses and a serene atmosphere. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning and offered a glimpse of the beach beyond. the restaurant was superb, serving delicious and diverse meals throughout the day.

with the other luxurious facilities available, including the Turkish bath and sun terrace, it was hardly a concern.

I loved the delicious buffet as well as the morning noon picnic and superb water park the view from the room was all perfect.

The air conditioning in the room and in the whole hotel is not working very well, it's very hot everywhere but in the room it's very hot because of the fan.

They offer park promotions and so on, and then invite you to a talk. It takes a long time for the talk to sell being a partner in tourism platforms.

I booked a room with an extra large bed and was told that only two double beds were available which did not make me rest comfortably.

Baby club staff is amazing. Matilde, the adult pool bartender, is fantastic. Resort not full, felt comfortable all week. Good food, loved Japanese and steakhouse. Creative pool activities for kids. Great shows in theater. No reservations needed for restaurants now.

Our recent stay at the resort was fantastic! The breakfast at Atlantis restaurant was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The infinity pool overlooking the beautiful beach was a highlight. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Felt safe, no complains at all.
